    Feature

    1. Simply treadle the foot switch, and the machine will perform automatic workpiece clamping,automatic oil spray, and automatic cutting,safely and without effort.
    2. Concealed sawblade performs cutting from bottom to top.It allows for the cutting of a Single workpiece or multiple workpieces simultaneously.
    3. Automatic oil mist spray during cutting provides cooling and lubrication effect.
    4. Cutting feed is driven by a hydraulic-pneumatic cylinder for extremely stable cutting speed.
    5. The machine cabinet painting is baked by high temperature of 200 degree (Powder coating) for resisting bumping without paint peeling off.
    6. The machine can conduct 90° cut-off or 45° cutting with the use of a fixture (Optional).
    7. Workpieces clamping pressure is adjustable.

    The operator may adjust clamping height and speed and cutting height and speed according to work piece size and thickness for saving wait time.

      The chips are exhausted through this outlet port. It eliminates inconvenient cleaning for those chip deposited in the machine.

    Vacuum Oil Mist Unit


    The vacuum oil mist unit employs vacuum generation principle to transform cutting fluid into oil mist for splashing. It provides lubrication and cooling functions, ensuring no dust deposit and saw blade, high cutting accuracy and long service life of saw blade.

    		The saw blade spindle is heat treated and plated for greatly increasing the spindle life
