MACHINE FEATURES
1.Choice of working lengths: 3.5, 4.5, 5.5 and 6.5 meters.
2.It is available for each short - scale multiple processing & long - scale processing.
3.Traveling column features high positioning accuracy.
4.The column longitudinal traverse is driven through servomotor combined with gear/rack
   transmission.
5.X / Y axis traverse are driven through servomotor combined with ball screws.
6.Three axes travels and driven by servomotors.
7.High precision linear guide ways on three axes assure fast and smooth movements.
8.24-tool magazine is standard equipment.
9.Air clamps for workpieces.(vises are option)
10.Emergency hold wire is provided at the front of machine for safety protection for the
    operator and the machine.
11.Movable chips are equipped at the bottom of the machine. providing convenient chip
    handling.


PC-BASED CNC CONTROL
  • The machine is equipped with a PC-based CNC control as standard equipment. It is easy to learn and operate.
  • Upon request Mitsubish / Fanuc or Siemens CNC control is available (optional).
ARM TYPE MAGAZINE
The ARM type magazine rotation is driven by a cylindrical cam for fast and dependable is 24 tools. Random tool selection provides highly efficient tool changing.
OIL MIST COOLING
The machine is equipped with an oil mist cooling system for efficient cooling of cutting tool and work piece. It not only extends the service life of the tool, but also ensures superior cutting quality.
