Cut-off saws (Semi Automatic)

1. Automation feed, positioning. oil spraying and sawing.

7. Two sets each of held-down clamps and one set side clamps provided on the feeding system permits cutting of irregular work piece.
8. 100 sets of size memory capacity. Each set allows for setting 12 sizes.
9. The computer automatically records required time and quantity for each machining, providing convenient calculation of machining cost.
10. During operation, the machine provides detection for lock of material. Available to set tail length to be cut.
11. Workpieces can be stacked.
12. Maximum feed speed is of up to 60 m/min.
13. Maximum cutting rate is 4 seconds for one cutting.

SPECIALLY DESIGN CUTTING MOTION :
After the sawblade moves upward for cutting, table moves to right and left for retracting 2 mm. Then the sawblade lowers to its home return-cutting. while ensuring fine surface of cut and cutting accuracy.

The clamps on the feed tale are suited for cutting irregular stock without need of additional fixtures to fix the workpiece.

Auxiliary support prevents workpiece deflection.

TRANSMISSION DEVICE
Employs precision ground rack with accuracy up to 0.02mm ( suitable for 3 and 6 meter feed travel )

VACUUM OIL MIST UNIT
The vacuum oil mist unit employs vacuum generation principle to transfrom cutting fluid into oil mist for spraying. It provides lubrication and cooling functions, ensuring no dust deposit and sawblade, high cutting accuracy and long service life of sawblad.
