SPECIALLY DESIGN CUTTING MOTION :
After the saw blade moves forward for cutting work piece. both tables driven by their air cylinder. moves backward and the sawblade returns to its home position. This design allows for a smoother and more accurate cut on the work piece by preventing work piece form scratches from when the sawblade returns. cutting accuracy is of up to ±0.05mm

 

FEATURE
  1. Automation feed, positioning. oil splashing and sawing.
  2. Feed stroke 1400mm/3000mm/6000mm. (Reciprocating feed stroke up to any limit for length)
  3. Horizontal cutting and saw move on linear guide way, that assure accurate and large cutting.
  4. Ball screw is driven by servo motor for high accuracy. (Transmission through precision ground rack is available).
  5. Equipped with Mitsubish: NC control. PLC features extremely stable control performance. Employs CE certified control components.
  6. Equipped eith touch sensing screen for maximum operation convenience.
  7. Feed is driven by hydraulic system, providing maximum stability of cutting
  8. Two sets each of hold-down clamps and horizontal clamps provided on the feeding system permits cutting of irregular work piece.
  9. 100 sets of size memory capacity. Each set allows for setting 12 sizes.
  10. The computer automatically records required time and quantity for each machining, providing convenient calculation of machining cost.
  11. During operation, the machine provides detection for lock of material. Available to set tail length to be cut. Workpieces can be stacked.

The clamps on the feed tale are suited for cutting irregular stock without need of additional fixtures to fix the workpiece.

Auxiliary support prevents workpiece deflection.


TRANSMISSION DEVICE
Employs precision ground rack with accuracy up to 0.02mm ( suitable for 3 and 6 meter feed travel )
VACUUM OIL MIST UNIT
The vacuum oil mist unit employs vacuum generation principle to transfrom cutting fluid into oil mist for spraying. It provides lubrication and cooling functions, ensuring no dust deposit and sawblade, high cutting accuracy and long service life of sawblad.
